Lunch Seminar: Scaling up green finance and managing climate risk
SEI Head Office Stockholm
Thursday, 11:15 AM to 1:45 PM
May 9, 2019
SEI, CICERO and the Stockholm Sustainable Finance Centre would like to invite you to a lunch seminar at SEI. The seminar will address questions about what kind of financial innovation green bonds are and their role in sustainable finance, how financial actors currently understand and manage climate risks (including physical climate risks), how science can better support managing financial climate risks, and the role of the financial sector in pushing our economies towards sustainability.
Our work has been based on interviews with stakeholders that have key roles in the ongoing transformation of the finance sector in Sweden and Norway. The seminar is designed to be interactive and will give participants opportunities to comment on results and propose new research topics.
